Landscape Maintenance Account Manager

ND Landscape Services Georgetown, MA $80000.00 to $100000.00 per year ND Landscape Services has been providing Full-Service Landscaping for clients in the North Shore and Metro North area since 1980. We are seeking a Landscape Maintenance Account Manager to join our team and lead the effort to deliver exceptional service, manage operational efficiency, and drive business results. If you're a landscape industry experienced leader with a strong customer service focus and a passion for improving production performance, we'd love to hear from you! Essential Responsibilities Lead and develop the production team to meet budget goals and performance metrics, including gross margin and efficiency. Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities for upselling maintenance services, ensuring sales targets are consistently met or exceeded. Manage contract renewals and cancellations, ensuring high retention and customer satisfaction. Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and in line with efficiency targets across all service lines. Oversee the timely completion of contracts, work orders, and invoicing. Play a lead role in managing the company's Snow Removal Program. COMPETENCIES Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent customer service and communication skills Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and performance metrics Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency Experience MUST HAVE LANDSCAPE EXPERIENCE Proven experience in a leadership or management role, with a strong ability to guide, develop, and hold team members accountable for performance goals Experience working with and managing service schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services Strong sales background with the ability to upsell and drive business growth Experience in the landscaping industry is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods Ability to work at a computer for extended periods, including typing and viewing screens Ability to travel to client sites as needed About Us ND Landscape Services' mission is simple: To drive the highest standard of landscape management.
