Cybersecurity Security Advisor

To support the security posture of Falcon Complete customers, the full-time remote Cybersecurity Security Advisor will assess customer environments, provide security recommendations, and document resolutions while collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities Assess customer Falcon environments to ensure alignment with Falcon Complete standards Provide recommendations to improve customer security and document all related issues Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues Required qualifications 2+ years in a Cybersecurity-focused role Bachelor's degree in Technology and/or Cybersecurity or relevant experience Cybersecurity certifications from reputable organizations such as SANS or ISC2 Experience with threat detection and incident response Adept in Windows, Linux, and MAC operating systems
