Clinical Trial Assistant

Responsibilities
- Update and maintain clinical documents and Trial Master Files to track site compliance and performance
- Prepare, handle, distribute, and archive clinical documentation according to standard operating procedures
- Track and manage Case Report Forms, queries, and clinical data flow
- Assist with Clinical Trial Supplies handling and maintenance of tracking information
- Serve as central contact for clinical team communications and project correspondence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ICH guidelines
- Familiarity with clinical trial protocol requirements
Compensation: $35,800.00 - $123,000.00 base
