Buyer Experience & Registration Specialist

Ritchie Bros. is seeking a Buyer Care Specialist in Westchester, Illinois. This position focuses on delivering excellent customer service to enhance buyer satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of customer service experience and proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel. Bi-lingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
