Buyer Experience & Registration Specialist

Ritchie Bros. is seeking a Buyer Care Specialist in Westchester, Illinois. This position focuses on delivering excellent customer service to enhance buyer satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities include assisting buyers through their journey, handling inquiries, and ensuring compliance with registration processes. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of customer service experience and proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel. Bi-lingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
