Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, patient, and compassionate Direct Support Professional to provide daily living and community support for an individual. The role focuses on companionship, reminders, light housekeeping, community activities, and maintaining independence.
ResponsibilitiesProvide companionship and supportive conversation.
Encourage independence with daily routines, meals, laundry, and household tasks.
Assist with light housekeeping and organization with permission.
Provide medication and hygiene reminders.
Support participation in community and wellness activities.
Assist with grocery shopping and recreational activities.
Document routines, behaviors, and important observations.
Maintain professional boundaries and follow company protocols.
- CPT First Aid
- Live Scan
- Negative TB test within last two years.
