Electromechanical Box-Build Assembler

Day in the life: You begin your shift in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, reviewing visual work guides and verifying the components you’ll need. You’ll assemble back-end modules and complete box-builds with hand tools and torque drivers, scan parts from Kanban locations, and keep quality at the forefront so customer shipments leave on time.

Schedule

• 12-hour Day Shift (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM) or Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
• Rotating cadence:
  • Week 1: 3 days on, 4 days off
  • Week 2: 4 days on, 3 days off (includes automatic 8 hours of overtime)

Your impact

• Execute verbal/written instructions and interpret visual aids with accuracy.
• Build complete box-build systems using hand tools, torque drivers, and appropriate hardware.
• Pull and scan components from bins, flow racks, and Kanban locations to stage work.
• Verify incoming materials and uphold FIFO throughout the area.
• Keep your station clean and orderly in alignment with 5S standards.
• Assist with inventory counts and material handling tasks.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.
• Tackle additional duties as assigned.

What you bring

• Prior assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and visual diagrams.
• Comfort using hand tools and working with small components.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Stamina to stand for extended periods in a production setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
