Successful candidates in this role will thrive under a challenging and ever changing work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSetup, program and operate both CNC and manual machinesRead prints and determine the most efficient way to manufacture partsMonitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure part tolerance specificationsRead and understand measuring and inspection tools to inspect completed workRequirementsMinimum of 1 year of experience or equivalent educationBasic mathematics and ability to perform metric conversionsAbility to work individually or as part of a teamOral and written communication skills sufficient to work with toolmakers, team leaders and other managementExperience with AutoCAD a plus
