Occupational Therapist PRN

Role: Occupational Therapist PRN specializing in Behavioral Health. Responsibilities Perform structured evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with psychosocial dysfunction. Conduct activity programs and assist in implementing therapy interventions. Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs). Deliver services aligned with the organization's mission and values. Utilize age-appropriate knowledge to meet patients' physical and psychosocial needs. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree required. Less than two years of experience preferred. Initial OT certification from AOTCB or NBCOT. Occupational Therapist licensure in Maryland. CPR certification from AHA Healthcare Provider. Key Duties: Ensure quality care delivery, support patient recovery, and collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize outcomes. The role involves providing PRN coverage primarily on weekdays, with occasional weekends or holidays.
