Geriatric Occupational Therapist - Lead Care & Independence

TOTAL CARE THERAPY LLC

Total Care Therapy LLC in Schererville, IN is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in assisted living and independent living communities. The OT will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans to improve ADLs, cognition, and safety, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
