Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage tax planning, compliance, and preparation for a diverse range of clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations. Provide strategic tax advisory services to clients, identifying opportunities for tax savings and overall financial improvement. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver personalized solutions. Stay updated on the latest tax laws and regulations, ensuring our clients remain compliant and informed. Play an integral role in the firm's community involvement initiatives, contributing to our reputation as a community-focused organization. Proven track record of professional growth within a public accounting firm. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
