Develop your skills: you begin your journey with Supercuts’ industry‑leading, proprietary training academy followed by one‑on‑one coaching from our franchisee groups’ own Stylist Development team. You’ll continue to grow with ongoing training and seminars in cuts, styling, Paul Mitchell color, waxing, retail, and more.
