Practice Coordinator

Join a growing Interventional Pain Management & Spine practice as a Practice Coordinator ! We're looking for a friendly, organized, patient-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced medical office and enjoys delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and check in patients, verify insurance, collect co-pays, and complete patient registration. Coordinate patient flow, prepare charts, and assist with scheduling and check-out functions. Upload imaging to PACS and process physical therapy/imaging orders. Verify insurance benefits, obtain procedure consents, and ensure accurate documentation. Cross-train in front desk and check-out responsibilities to support the full patient experience. Qualifications: Experience in a medical office required. Knowledge of patient check-in/check-out, insurance verification, referrals, and co-pays. Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW), Phreesia, and PACS is a plus. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Spanish bilingual is a plus.
