Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Utilizing advanced radiographic and CT techniques to procure high-definition diagnostic images for physician review
• Working in tandem with radiologists and the comprehensive care team to ensure accuracy in diagnoses
• Positioning patients skillfully and fine-tuning equipment for peak performance in imaging results
• Adhering to stringent radiation safety protocols to safeguard both patients and team members
• Keeping meticulous records, such as imaging logs and ensuring proper maintenance of equipment
• Offering compassionate support and care for patients throughout their imaging experiences
• Fostering a safe and highly organized imaging environment

Education Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology required; a Bachelor's Degree is advantageous
• Graduation from a recognized and accredited radiology program

Certification Requirements

• ARRT certification in CT or Radiography is required
• Valid BLS certification or the ability to attain it within three months of hire

Essential Skills

• Command of diagnostic imaging methodologies and adherence to safety standards
• Strong verbal communication skills with patients and multidisciplinary team members
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare setting and respond to changing requirements
