Store Manager – Vans Responsibilities Strategically lead the team to maximize and achieve store sales goals, monitoring progress and results against key targets. Model and foster a consumer‑centric mindset within the store, demonstrating selling behaviors through genuine interactions with consumers for the team to emulate. Attract, recruit, and hire high‑caliber, diverse talent, maintaining a strong succession plan within the store. Provide direct coaching, feedback, training, and supervision of associates. Demonstrate clear communication; train and coach the team, set expectations for customer engagement, store policies, and procedures, and build a strong team. Manage expenses to maximize sales and profitability, creating an environment of productivity by ensuring the team possesses the knowledge and skills to meet store goals for sales and customer engagement. Qualifications 3‑5+ years of related professional or retail management experience. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, to meet business needs. Proven ability to drive results through store teams and meet business goals. Strong coaching and motivational skills to help the team excel at sales and profit results. Excellent communication skills. Solution‑oriented, flexible mindset in a fast‑paced environment. Formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are desirable but not required; emphasis is on experience and achievements. Compensation & Benefits Hiring Range: $27.21 – $40.82 USD per hour. Position eligible for additional compensation awards, including an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
