Sam's Club #6423 300 N Galleria Dr, Middletown, NY 10941-3036 Position Summary Help people by preparing fresh baked items daily for members, following recipes, wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise, while ensuring high-quality product and member satisfaction. What you’ll do Prepare bakery department merchandise according to daily production needs using baking equipment and following company recipes and safety standards. Wrap, label, and store products while maintaining clean, organized, and member-ready areas. Assist members with bakery orders and product inquiries, providing exceptional customer service. Collaborate with teammates, communicate effectively, and remain flexible to business needs. Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment and follow sanitation, cold chain, and inventory management procedures. Use digital tools and handheld technology to monitor production, order merchandise, and support quality decisions. Maintain quality and date control standards, secure fragile or high-shrink items, and minimize waste. Advise members on purchasing decisions and product options. Follow company policies, procedures, ethics, and the Open Door Policy, and identify opportunities for improvement. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older.
