Industrial Engineer II

Industrial Engineer II at a medical device company focused on optimizing manufacturing processes through Lean principles and continuous improvement. Responsibilities

• Review production schedules, engineering specifications, and process flows to assess manufacturing methods
• Analyze systems and collaborate with teams to identify equipment and process improvement opportunities
• Conduct time study analysis and present findings with implementation plans for efficiency gains
• Develop systems, processes, and training programs supporting Lean Manufacturing implementation
• Mentor Industrial Engineers and ensure compliance with quality management systems and workplace safety regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• 2+ years experience in medical device or related industry
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication abilities
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and standard office tools
• High attention to detail and organizational skills managing multiple projects

Compensation: $90,000-$120,000 base
