Cardiothoracic Surgery physician employment in Indiana :

All Star Healthcare represents a facility in Indiana seeking Cardiothoracic PA locums coverage.

• OR only (1st assist) - Call for OR only no office with OR, call back if needed
• Average Number of Patients Per Day:10 outpatient; 5-8 inpatient
• Vein harvesting required
• Documentation System/EMR:EPIC
• Typical day involves rounding in the hospital followed by time in the OR

Required Duties:

• Assist in Surgery, Write Prescriptions, Rounding, Order Tests, Pre-Op Physical Exams, Suture Removal, Vein Harvesting

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday = 7a-4p + Night Call 4p-7a
• Saturday & Sunday = 24 Hours On Call (7a-7a)

Dates Needing Coverage:

• September 14 October 12 at 7a
• October 23 November 9 at 7a
• November 20 December 7 at 7a

Requirements:

• IN license at the time of submission
• NCCPA certification
• Experience in Maquet Vein Harvesting
• Must have proof of COVID-19 vaccine
• Must be able to cover most/all of the open blocks of dates
