Senior Accountant, Hybrid (95K-100K+Bonus)

Overview We are looking to fill a Senior Accountant position with a company in Argyle, TX. This position offers a base salary of $95,000–$100,000 plus bonus, and a hybrid work schedule with flexibility. Responsibilities Responsible for the month‑end close duties and reporting Balance sheet reconciliations and maintenance of schedules Oversee the execution and recording of financial transactions (AP, AR, journal entries, inventory adjustments, etc.) Review the work of staff accountants Assist with implementing processes and procedures Ad hoc research and reporting Assist with mentoring staff and interns Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required 5–7 years of professional accounting experience Experience with any large ERP is preferred, and ideally Great Plains Benefits Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401(k) plan.
