Schedule Monday - Friday 7:00am-5:00pm Job Description Gensco has an immediate opening for a Warehouse Supervisor at our branch in Bend, Oregon! Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for supervising the day-to-day warehousing, delivery, and customer service functions of the Branch Warehouse Responsible for Team building, implementing continuous education processes for all Branch Team Members, establishing objective and measurable goals, and clearly communicating these goals and standards to Branch Team Recruit, hire, and train Team Members meeting Company standards. Maintain a positive, helpful attitude toward fellow Team Members and Customers Comply with Company Standard Operating Procedures and maintain safe work practices and security Suggest and implement improvements in warehouse cost management, best practices, and operational process design and implementation Education/Experience/Skills High school diploma or GED required AA degree preferred or equivalent work experience preferred 2+ years related experience with Gensco or equivalent preferred Prior direct customer service experience - desire to work directly with Customers Excellent knowledge of the products Gensco sells Understanding of Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Warehouse, and Delivery functions Proactive, self-motivated, able to recognize issues and resolve or lift appropriately Strong decision-making abilities - understanding the impact and implications of decisions Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong people management and time management skills Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to organize people and resources to get the job done Able to operate computer terminal, personal computer, and office machines Able to communicate with the public in person and on the phone Able to work sitting or standing and move freely throughout the facility(s) Able to lift and carry equipment, supplies, and inventory on a frequent basis Able to organize people within the TDC/Branch and promote teamwork Benefits Summary Comprehensive and competitive benefits package includes: Healthcare coverage of medical, dental and vision available first of the month following date of hire Discretionary Profit Sharing 401(k) Retirement Plan Annual Holidays: 6 Paid Holidays and up to 2 Paid Floating Holidays Paid Vacation (Full Time Team Member Accrual: First 12 Months - 40 hours, Year 1-5 - 80 hours) Tuition reimbursement for 2-year and 4-year degree programs Life Insurance, Voluntary Supplemental Life Insurance Long-Term Disability, Voluntary Short-Term Disability Employee Assistance Program Compensation $25.00-$32.50 hourly Gensco Company Page Employer Privacy Policy Gensco is a drug free company and EOE.
