Recruitment Coordinator – Elderwood at Cheektowaga Location: Cheektowaga, NY. Position Type: Regular Full-Time. Salary: $26.00 - $33.80 per hour. Overview Responsible for day‑to‑day recruitment and new employee onboarding support for the facility. Supports compliance for state surveys and audits and serves as the primary point of contact for all new employees. Open, close, and refresh requisitions in a timely manner. Participate in marketing the facility through recruitment events, open interviews, and job fairs. Manage site‑based Recruitment and Retention meetings, maintaining agendas and reports. Ensure internal posting processes are properly managed, including facility‑to‑facility transfers. Promote the Employee Referral Program. Track the referral program and ensure timely payout of referral bonuses. Onboarding and Training Orients and completes new hire paperwork, ensuring regulatory compliance and benefit enrollment. Schedule new hires for General Orientation and deliver HR training components. Administrative Obtain required regulatory documentation for all licensed and certified hires at hire and annually thereafter; arrange for missing certifications. Obtain medical documentation for measles, rubella, and TST; coordinate new hire physicals. Document all personnel actions (location, address, pay rate, status changes, disciplinary actions, signatures). Maintain staff personnel records per regulatory and HR policy requirements. Order name badges, business cards, computer access, and uniform allowance and fittings. General Apply knowledge of all policies and procedures; act as a resource for staff. Demonstrate high level of customer service to residents, staff, and visitors. Respond flexibly to changing needs and reprioritize work as necessary. Perform other duties as assigned by management or if HRM position vacant. Utilize electronic timekeeping system as directed. Arrive to work on time and regularly. Adhere to dress code and mandatory name tag wearing. Follow policies regarding electronic devices and other equipment. Support and embody Elderwood's Mission, Vision, and Values.
