Coordinate event materials, displays, and resources. Welcome attendees and provide event assistance. Engage with customers and prospective customers. Communicate information regarding products and services. Support lead generation and customer engagement efforts. Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown. Maintain an organized and professional event environment. Work closely with team members to ensure successful events. Support follow-up activities after events. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong organizational and communication skills. Friendly and professional personality. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous event, hospitality, customer service, retail, or promotional experience is a plus but not required.
