What we’re seeking:

• Valid SLP-CCC certification, with experience in school-based settings
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in California schools
• At least 1 year of experience using SEIS
• Past experience supervising SLPAs with facilitators is a plus
• Proven ability to efficiently manage substantial caseloads and referrals
• Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred (higher pay rate for bilingual candidates), but not mandatory
• Comfortable working onsite; remote or virtual arrangements are not available
• Open to SLPs and SLP Clinical Fellows—no SLPAs
• SLPA support likely available

Role responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to students
• Conduct evaluations, develop and implement IEPs, and maintain thorough documentation in SEIS
• Supervise and mentor SLPAs when assigned
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, parents, and administrators
• Handle a full-time caseload, working 37.5 hours per week, adapting as needs and referrals grow
