Senior Accountant

Our client is an organization in the Greater Minneapolis area looking for a Senior Accountant. This company is looking for someone with 3+ years of accounting experience, and who is team-oriented and energetic! The salary range for this position is $90-100k + bonus. RESPONSIBILITIES Execute month-end close activities, including preparation of journal entries Perform balance sheet reconciliations and roll-forward schedules Conduct analytical reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial results Assist with preparation of financial reporting packages Support compliance with U.S. GAAP and tax requirements Assist with internal and external audits, including preparation of schedules and documentation Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement efficiencies Participate in system enhancements, automation initiatives, and user acceptance testing Ad hoc projects as needed. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Bachelor’s degree in accounting or closely related field 3+ years of accounting experience Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and adapt as needed.
