Your Tasks

• Develop and build the market position through an intensive sales presence with the customer
• Responsible for strategic customer development through potential and demand identification as well as the derivation of goal- and result-oriented sales measures
• Take over product and application advice in terms of product optimization, operating costs, energy efficiency, stock concepts, service and maintenance contracts as well as the development of customer-specific solutions
• Win back customers who are supplied with spare parts by alternative suppliers
• Conduct sales negotiations including technical and commercial contract review
• Manage internal interfaces to ensure processes for offers and orders
• In cooperation with the customer service, responsible for the out- and build-up of a service infrastructure in the sales area through the implementation of external service partners

Your Profile

• Ideally have a technical degree or technical vocational training
• Have several years of experience in the sales sector of a manufacturing company, preferably in machinery and plant construction or another technically innovative environment
• Experience in the areas of mining/food & beverage/wastewater/oil & gas is advantageous
• Ability to manage your tasks independently and economically through key figures
• Convincing through an independent and goal-oriented way of working as well as convincing and self-assured communication
• Team capability and characterized by a high level of motivation
• Strongly results-oriented and possess a pronounced negotiating skill
• Very good and negotiation-secure German as well as good communication-secure English language skills
• Very confident in the use of the common Microsoft Office applications
• Have the customer in focus and bring a high level of commitment and willingness to travel
