Amicalola Falls State Park & Lodge is seeking an Assistant F&B Manager to help with overseeing the Front of House daily operations of our beautiful Cascades Restaurant and Catering The Assistant Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient restaurant operations maintaining high quality customer service managing staff and maximizing profitability Responsibilities Oversee day to day operations including staff supervision customer service and inventory management Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Recruit train and manage restaurant staff Assisting with developing and implementing strategies to enhance restaurant sales and profitability Handle customer inquiries comments and complaints in a professional manner Monitor food quality and restaurant cleanliness Qualifications Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the restaurant industry Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Knowledge of food safety regulations Ability to work in a fast paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure Must be available to work nights weekends and holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr Coral Hospitality
