Staff Nurse ( RN / LPN ) IDD
Make a real difference while providing one-on-one, compassionate care to medically fragile adults with profound intellectual and developmental disabilities. With a 2:1 nurse-to-resident ratio , you'll have the time and support to deliver exceptional care in a rewarding, team-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments
- Provide tracheostomy, ventilator, and tube feeding care
- Complete assessments and documentation
- Accompany residents to medical appointments and community outings
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to provide high-quality, person-centered care
Qualifications
- Current PA RN or LPN license (Compact License accepted)
- Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is a plus
