Job summary: To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Shipping & Reveiving Material Handler located in Manchester, Connecticut. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor , the Shipping & Reveiving Material Handler role involves... What a typical day looks like: Move materials to storage areas and production lines using forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material-handling equipment. Organize and maintain inventory, including recording material locations and conducting cycle counts. Prepare materials and products for shipment. Accurately document material movements and inventory transactions according to company procedures. Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Inspect and maintain material-handling equipment and report maintenance needs. Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, company policies, and applicable regulations. Troubleshoot shipping issues and assist with resolving inventory discrepancies. Address and resolve issues related to shipping, receiving, and inventory handling. Collaborate with production, warehouse, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. The experience we're looking to add to our team: High school diploma or GED required. Additional education in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related technical field is a plus. Previous warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or operations experience preferred. Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment preferred. Knowledge of inventory management systems, such as SAP, is preferred. Understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements, including cGMP environments, is a plus.
