Cake Assembler/Icer (Full-Time)

Join Our Team as a Cake Assembler & Icer! We’re looking for a hands‑on, fast‑paced team player to build and ice high‑quality cakes for birthdays, weddings, and everyday celebrations. What You’ll Do: Follow all cake table production standards, ratios and procedures to cut, fill, and assemble standard, custom, and tiered cakes Ice cakes using our signature buttercream Assist with tiered cake trimming, stacking, filling, and icing Organize and prioritize daily cake orders Ensure rotation of cake layers, filling and icing to maintain production quality freshness and food safety standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Work closely with team members to meet daily/holiday production schedules What We’re Looking For: Willing to train, but 1-3 years of bakery or food service experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, squeeze pastry bags, and stand for the duration of your shift Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to pass a criminal background and drug screening Schedule: Full‑Time (40 hours/week) Tuesday-Saturday 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. (shift begins at 5:30 a.m. with a lunch break) Must be available to work during busy holiday seasons (except for major holidays) $15-$16/hour, depending on experience Opportunities to grow and cross‑train Paid time off Medical, dental, vision, short term disability, and life insurance 401(k) profit sharing plan Employee assistance program Bakery discounts Ready to make life a little sweeter?
