HR Data Analytics & Reporting Specialist (HRDARS) – Senior Work Location: Washington, DC Employment Type: Full-Time, Senior-Level Department: Administrative and Logistics Support CGS is seeking a skilled HR Data Analytics & Reporting Specialist (HRDARS) – Senior to support mission-critical operations for a federal client. Responsibilities Analyze HR data, develop reports and dashboards, and identify workforce trends to support leadership decisions. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders. Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements. Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives. Support continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency. Qualifications Minimum of over 10 years of relevant experience. Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.
