The Lead Cook oversees kitchen operations to ensure the efficient preparation of high-quality meals. This role is integral to menu planning, supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory, and maintaining food safety standards to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring productivity and teamwork
- Participate in menu planning and daily specials development
- Monitor food quality and presentation before service
- Manage inventory to maintain adequate stock and minimize waste
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Coordinate order management for timely meal preparation
- Oversee equipment maintenance and kitchen cleanliness
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in cooking
Our menu consists of breakfast sandwiches, avocado toast, wraps, salads amade to order.
