Registered Nurse (RN), Progressive Care Unit Overflow (PCU 4) Full Time Days 6:30/-7:00 Rotating Weekends Commitment Bonus: $15,000 two-year commitment How you'll contribute Provides direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice. Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments. Documents patient care and monitors patient condition, communicating with care team, physician, patient, and family. Assists patients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation. Coordinates patient care across disciplines, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and support needs. Provides patient and family education appropriate to age, culture, and circumstances. Advocates for the physical and emotional well‑being of patients. Participates in performance improvement and continuing education. Maintains regular and reliable attendance. Performs other duties as assigned. Clinical Ladder Eligible – increase base pay by completing the clinical ladder levels What we are looking for Education Associate's degree in nursing required; bachelor's degree in nursing preferred. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing License/Certifications Current RN license in state of practice BCLS required.
