Board Certified Behavioral Analyst

Overview Job Title: Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Full-Time As a BCBA, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supervising ABA-based treatment programs for individuals with developmental and behavioral needs. This role requires a balance of clinical expertise, strong communication skills, and a passion for making meaningful differences in clients' lives. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans Supervise and provide ongoing training to RBTs and other team members Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams Maintain accurate documentation and data collection Travel to San Antonio, TX every 8 weeks for direct client support, team meetings, and training Conduct comprehensive assessments of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to evaluate behavior, skills, and needs Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessment results and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Design and implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions tailored to each client's needs and goals Continuously monitor and adjust treatment plans to reflect progress and address emerging needs Apply ABA techniques to improve social, communication, academic, and daily living skills Implement strategies to reduce maladaptive behaviors and promote positive behavior changes Collect and analyze data on behavior and progress to evaluate effectiveness of interventions Maintain detailed records and prepare reports to track client progress Educate and support parents and caregivers in understanding ASD and implementing behavioral strategies at home Provide guidance on managing challenging behaviors and enhancing communication and social skills Work with other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to treatment Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and share insights to optimize care plans Supervise and mentor RBTs and other direct support staff, providing training and feedback Conduct regular performance reviews and offer professional development opportunities for team members Engage with community resources to enhance client integration Ensure all interventions adhere to ethical guidelines, professional standards, and regulatory requirements Stay current with developments in behavior analysis and autism treatment, integrating new research into clinical work Address and manage crisis situations effectively using de-escalation techniques Complete daily clinical documentation within SpringHealth's EHR Assist in developing procedures for training materials to enhance programs and ensure compliance Continue education on behaviorally based interventions to stay competitive in the field Complete monthly and quarterly notes outlining client progression Qualifications Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB Active BCBA certification and related knowledge for interpreting technical information and applying treatment modalities Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field Minimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing BCBA (preferred) Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload Willingness and ability to travel to San Antonio, TX every 8 weeks Must have reliable transportation Ability to perform physical tasks as required by the role Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Travel reimbursement and per diem for San Antonio visits Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Continuing education and professional development support Supportive, collaborative work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
