EMT or Paramedic (Weekend Nights)

Position Overview Full‑time EMT or Paramedic needed as an Onsite Health Technician at Medcor’s occupational health clinic in Woodbridge, NJ. Work hours: Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 pm‑7:30 pm. Compensation: $30.00–$33.00 per hour. Responsibilities Provide first‑aid care and triage employees after injuries per step‑by‑step care protocols. Support employees with wellness, education, and teaching. Manage daily clinic operations including ordering supplies and maintaining compliance. Collaborate with client Safety Team, Human Resources, and external medical providers. Work independently with remote support from the operations manager and Medcor staff. Administer and manage health service functions and daily clinic operations. Provide superior customer service to Medcor’s client and employees. Assess and treat workplace injuries and illnesses using Medcor’s Evidence‑Based Medicine protocols (MCPs). Build and maintain internal team relationships. Support onsite employee health and wellness efforts, collaborate with HR and benefits professionals on clinic issues. Document and manage information using electronic medical records software. Conduct pre‑employment and post‑offer screenings. Perform Physical Assessment Testing (PATs). Case management and OSHA record‑keeping. Required Qualifications Work independently; strong time management and organizational skills. Valid licensure for EMT or Paramedic with current CPR/BLS certification. Strong computer and technology skills; familiarity with EMR software. Ability to lift a 50‑lb emergency response bag. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Positive and outgoing personality. Willingness to go above and beyond. Passion for people and delivering high‑quality care. Ability to have fun on the job. Preferred Qualifications Comfortable working in a worksite clinic environment. Relevant occupational health experience. Experience in emergency medicine or critical care.
