Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough examinations and assessments of patients

Requirements

**Position Available: Urology Physician in Longview, Washington**

**Opportunity Overview**

- **Start Date:** As soon as possible; contract valid through December 2026

- **Provider Type:** MD/DO - **Specialty:** Urology

**Shift Details**

- **Schedule:** Standard 8-hour shifts with 24-hour call coverage

- **Typical Clinic Hours:** 0800-1700, Monday to Friday

- **On-Call Requirements:** 7 days of unrestricted call per month

**Workload and Expectations**

- If the provider is on call during the week, they will maintain an adjusted schedule of 3 clinic days and 1 OR day to ensure adequate rest.

- If not on call, the schedule will typically involve 4 clinic days and 1 OR day.

**Clinical Environment** - **Privileges Required:** Both inpatient and outpatient settings

- **Inpatient Capacity:** 122 beds - **Patient Volume:** Average of 18 patients per day

- **Procedures:** Must be proficient in standard urological procedures across both clinic and surgical settings.

**Documentation Requirements**

- Candidates must present a case log detailing 100 urological procedures completed within the past 24 months. The list should include diagnosis or procedure, dates, and the name of the performing facility.

**Collaborative Practice** - 

. There will be collaboration with other specialists.

**Licensure and Certification** - **State License:** Active Washington State license is mandatory.

- **Certifications Required:** Candidates must be board certified and possess current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.

**Electronic Medical Records** - **System Used:** EPIC

**Site Information**

- **Compensation:** Full coverage for travel and accommodation will be provided.
