IT Enterprise Business Analyst

Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – 1 day onsite/week) Key Responsibilitie Gather, analyze, validate, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements Develop AS-IS and TO-BE process flows, workflow diagrams, user stories, use cases, and UI mockups Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and JAD sessions Create functional specifications, data mappings, system interaction diagrams, and test cases Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle Assist with IT procurements by preparing Statements of Work (SOW), procurement packages, and vendor documentation Collaborate with project managers, architects, developers, QA teams, procurement, legal, and business stakeholders Participate in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid SDLC projects and provide project documentation and status updates Required Skill 5+ years of IT Business Analyst experience supporting IT projects, system implementations, or technology procurements Strong knowledge of business/data process analysis methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Experience gathering and documenting business, data, and functional requirements Expertise in documenting AS-IS & TO-BE processes, workflow diagrams, and UI mockups Experience developing Statements of Work (SOW) and procurement documentation Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, analytical, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with business and technical teams Preferred Skill Experience with government or public-sector IT projects Knowledge of procurement lifecycle and vendor management Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, Visio, SharePoint, Balsamiq, or similar tools Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and business process improvement CBAP certification preferred Educatio Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required #J-18808-Ljbffr Techgene LLC
