Home Instead is seeking a Part-Time Morning Caregiver in St. Charles, IA to provide one-on-one care and support to an older adult in the comfort of their home.

This is a consistent morning opportunity for a caregiver who is confident with personal care and committed to providing calm, respectful support.

 

Schedule: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM, every day

What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support
• Assist with hands-on personal care, including toileting, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• Safely assist with transfers and mobility
• Provide medication reminders/support according to the client's care plan
• Prepare light meals
• Assist with light housekeeping as needed
• Provide compassionate support to a client receiving hospice care
• Observe and report changes in the client's condition
• Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and respectful home environment

 

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience providing hands-on personal care
• Is confident assisting with toileting, transfers, and mobility
• Is comfortable supporting an older adult receiving hospice care
• Is dependable and able to provide consistent morning availability
• Communicates with patience, professionalism, and respect
• Has a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
