About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President for the West region. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the AI revolution, leading a dynamic sales team to drive top-line revenue, acquire new clients, and ensure the satisfaction and growth of existing accounts. This role is pivotal in developing and executing a comprehensive revenue strategy, including the acquisition of new logos and driving upsells with current clients. The ideal candidate will also have a strong interest in solving customer problems and creating original solutions, as well as experience in hiring and retaining top talent. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in software sales, with a focus on complex technology solutions, and at least 5 years' of experience in leading teams within fast-growing companies. A strong background in the AI/ML space is preferred, and the role requires a leader who can define and implement go-to-market strategies, foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, and build senior relationships with key stakeholders.To be successful in this role, candidates must have a minimum of 8 years' of software sales experience, with a clear history of leading teams to meet quotas and acquire new clients. A background in the AI/ML space is highly valued. The role demands a leader with a passion for driving innovation, a proven ability to coach and develop high-performing teams, and a talent for pipeline management and forecasting.
