Senior Tax Advisor / Client Advisor
Bel Air, MD (In-Person)

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and review complex individual and business tax returns

• Participate in client meetings and explain tax concepts clearly

• Identify planning opportunities and follow through

• Communicate with clients throughout the year

• Collaborate with a small, high-performing team and strong support staff

Who This Is For

• 7+ years in public accounting

• Comfortable working directly with clients

• Detail-oriented and takes pride in doing things right

• Wants to move beyond pure compliance into advisory
  
   

Who This Is NOT For

• Prefer high-volume, fast-turn work over quality

• Not interested in client interaction

• Looking for fully remote work

Qualifications

• 7+ years public accounting experience

• Strong background in complex individual and business returns

• CPA highly preferred (EA or equivalent experience considered)

Compensation & Benefits

• $82,500 – $126,200 (based on experience)
