Interim Controller

Kforce has a client in Voorhees, NJ that is seeking an Interim Controller. Responsibilities:

• Oversee Accounting department Five direct reports with additional layers beneath them. (Accounting, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Financial Shared Services. Does not including Payroll, Fisc Comp or Rev Cycle)
• Daily use of Standard GAAP principals experience (Microsoft Excel Pivot & Look Ups)
• Work with the CFO on month-end close (automated process)
• Must have worked for a company with 200M in EBITA
• Demonstrated leadership capability, including managing a team and partnering closely with the CFO through a significant transition
• Proven ability to operate independently and quickly assess, prioritize, improve processes and execute in a changing environment
• Must be able to come in and collaborate and mesh well with the team
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach, balanced with a willingness to roll up their sleeves and address operational needs
• Experience in a private equity-backed organization is strongly preferred; Prior experience with a Partners Group portfolio company would be a plus (but not required)
• Experience in the Healthcare Industry is strongly preferred
