Demonstrated ability to build and grow a successful search practice within a specific industry, function, or market. Experience recruiting across multiple industries, functions, geographic markets, or leadership levels. Strong business development, relationship-building, and consultative communication skills. Ability to influence and advise senior leaders, hiring executives, and candidates throughout the search process. Track record of identifying, attracting, and closing top talent in competitive markets. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build credibility, create opportunities, and drive results.
