Assistant Community Habilitation Supervisor

Description Ohel Children’s Home and Family Services is seeking a well‑organized and motivated professional to fill a full‑time position in our Community Habilitation Program. Responsibilities Answer phone calls and emails; manage incoming and outgoing mail Maintain paper and electronic filing systems Print, copy, and organize documents as needed Process Medicaid billing and track required paperwork Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems Assist with hiring, supervising, and training direct care staff to support staff working independently in homes of children and/or adults with developmental disabilities Qualifications Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent communication, writing, and computer skills Ability to work collaboratively with patience and professionalism Management experience and BA preferred Experience working with individuals who have disabilities required Education: High School/GED or better Benefits Position includes a competitive benefits package that includes a 403(b) retirement plan with employee contribution, sick and vacation paid time‑off (PTO) and health insurance.
