Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse training or powered industrial truck training is beneficial.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a man-up order picker or stock picker
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
• Strong order-picking accuracy and attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and positive work attitude
• Willingness to assist in other warehouse departments as needed
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and material handling practices

• Safely operate a man-up order picker to retrieve products from warehouse racking
• Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners, pick lists, and warehouse systems
• Verify product descriptions, quantities, and storage locations
• Transport materials to staging and shipping areas
• Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock replenishment
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness following 5S standards
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and accuracy goals
• Follow OSHA regulations and company safety policies
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts in busy warehouse and manufacturing environments.
• Ability to maintain awareness of surrounding personnel, equipment, and inventory while operating powered industrial vehicles.
