Job Description

Industrial Communications LLC is seeking a Construction Project Procurement Coordinator to join our Marshfield MA team.

Responsibilities :

Work with warehouse personal on Inventory control and warehouse compliance
Building Relationships internally and with vendors & contractors
Internal and customer purchasing
Vendor and Contractor document compliance
Scheduling projects
Purchase Order management and issuance
Internal project coordinating and scheduling
Conflict Resolution
Systems Implementation
Equipment calibration and inspection schedules
