We are seeking a dedicated Internal Medicine / Family Medicine Physician to provide patient-centered primary care in a modern, multi-specialty setting.

This role focuses on preventive care, chronic disease management, and continuity of care for adult and/or family populations.

Provide comprehensive primary care services
Diagnose and manage acute & chronic conditions
Conduct routine check-ups, screenings & preventive care
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with specialists and care teams
Maintain accurate EMR documentation

MD/DO degree from an accredited institution
Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Active (or eligible) state medical license
Completion of IM or FM residency
️ Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) & English (required)

️ Experience in outpatient settings
Strong chronic disease management skills
Experience working with diverse patient populations
