Provider must have an active AZ license
- Inpatient 19 bed Acute Level 1 Unit
- Adults only
Need is for a Psychiatrist to help with completion of AZ Title 36 second opinion. First Opinion completed by Director of Behaviorial Health Services.
(Title 36 is an involuntary process for evaluation, care, and treatment of persons with a mental disorder. At any time during the process, the patient. may choose to accept care and treatment voluntarily.)
No weekends for AZ Title 36
