About the Clinician's Workday

Clinicians will provide on-site inpatient and outpatient hematology and oncology coverage at an outpatient cancer center, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with emergency-only call obligations; no formal weeknight, night, or weekday 24-hour call is required. The clinical scope encompasses the evaluation and management of hematologic and oncologic conditions across inpatient and outpatient settings, with virtual visits required and 80% order entry expected as part of the clinical workload. All clinical documentation must be maintained through the EPIC EMR system, with real-time or end-of-shift charting required for all patient encounters.
