Civil Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Overview Associate Attorney – boutique litigation and white‑collar defense firm. Salary $180,000–$270,000 per year. Responsibilities Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and memoranda. Research case law and legal statutes. Prepare court filings, oral advocacy, depositions, and case strategy. Work closely with clients, participate in negotiations, and contribute to courtroom proceedings. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top law school. Admission to the California State Bar. Prior experience at a reputable law firm in litigation required. Clerkship experience preferred. Strong legal research, analysis, and writing skills. Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and memoranda.
