TECHNICIAN

Job Details Job Location : SHAKERS INC - Watertown, CT 06795 We are looking for solid, reliable and honest technicians to join our team of dedicated professionals. We are passionate about the level of transparency that we offer our customers. While you take care of our customers, we take care of you! Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
• Diagnose cause of malfunction and document technician repairs with written notes on the repair order hard copy
• Examine the vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
• Advise Service Advisor immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed within the time promised
• Complete multi point inspection using TruVideo
• Utilize any and all programs, computers and applications required for the purpose of documentation and/or communication, according to dealership and factory procedures
• Attend factory and dealership training classes whether it’s required in person or virtually

• Valid driver's license and identification required for employment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in the use of common mechanic shop tools
• Ability to bend, move, lift, twist and physically perform duties in the scope of this position.
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check, DMV screen and drug screen.
