- Carry out treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Assist residents with gait training, therapeutic exercises, transfers, and mobility activities
- Monitor patient performance and communicate progress updates to the PT
- Support safe use of assistive devices and functional mobility techniques
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Flexible part-time schedule
- Collaborative rehab environment with PT, OT, SLP, and nursing staff
