Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a part-time role in our skilled nursing facility. Join a supportive rehab team focused on helping residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall independence.

What You'll Do:

Carry out treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
Assist residents with gait training, therapeutic exercises, transfers, and mobility activities
Monitor patient performance and communicate progress updates to the PT
Support safe use of assistive devices and functional mobility techniques
Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Active PTA license required
