Territory Manager II, Pain Interventions - Mid Cities, TX

Medtronic seeks a Territory Manager II for pain intervention therapies in the Fort Worth, Texas region. This field-based sales role involves managing a large territory, developing strategic relationships with implanting centers, and selling advanced spinal cord stimulation and drug delivery systems to physicians and health systems.
Responsibilities
- Sell implantable pain intervention devices to physicians, institutions, and medical staff
- Develop and manage relationships with strategic implanting centers and referral networks
- Generate new business by identifying leads, recruiting surgeons, and qualifying prospects
- Provide technical product support and consultation on sales trends and market analysis
- Prepare call reports and business plans with quarterly updates as directed
Requirements
- High school diploma plus 6+ years medical device or healthcare sales experience
- Associate's degree plus 4+ years relevant sales or clinical experience
- Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years sales, clinical, or related healthcare experience
- Valid driver's license and ability to reside within assigned territory
- Understanding of quality policies and compliance procedures
- Ability to work with limited supervision and meet sales quotas
